Indications:
For use in healthy, non-immunocompromised cattle as an aid in the prevention of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), and infection with bovine virus diarrhoea virus (BVDV) type 1, bovine parainfluenza -3 (PI3) virus, bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) and BVDV type 2.  Vaccination of dams at least 21 days prior to breeding aids in the prevention of persistently infected calves due to BVD type 1.

Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus, bovine viral diarrhoea virus, bovine parainfluenza virus type 3 and bovine respiratory syncytial virus are the most common viruses playing a role in  bovine respiratory disease (BRD)

Storage Instructions:
Store between 2°C and 7°C.  Do not freeze.

Composition:
This lyophilized modified live vaccine contains  infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, non-cytopathic bovine virus diarrhoea, bovine parainfluenza -3  and bovine respiratory syncytial viruses and gentamicin as preservative.

Warnings:
Do not vaccinate animals within 21 days of slaughter.
Do not vaccinate cows within 21 days of expected breeding.
Do not vaccinate calves under 2 weeks of age.
Do not vaccinate pregnant cows or calves suckling on pregnant cows.
Vaccination of stressed or immuno-compromised animals may not elicit the desired antibody response and hence the protective immunity against bovine respiratory disease viruses may fail to develop.
The use of a biological product may produce anaphylaxis and /or other inflammatory immune-mediated hypersensitivity reactions. In this event, the use of adrenaline, corticosteroids and antihistamines may all be indicated depending on the nature and severity of the reaction.
In the case of accidental human exposure contact your physician.
Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and pets.
Although this vaccine has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons, if this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.

Precautions:
Do not use chemical disinfectants to sterilize syringes or needles.
Burn vaccine containers and all unused contents.
Wash and disinfect hands after vaccination.
Care should be taken to avoid direct contact and self-injection.

Directions for Use:  Use only as directed.
For use in healthy, non-immunocompromised cattle.

Rehydrate by adding the accompanying sterile diluent to the freeze-dried vaccine using aseptic technique and sterile needles. Shake well and inject 2 mℓ subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Use immediately after rehydrating.

Annual revaccination with a single 2mℓ dose is recommended.  Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated at 6 months of age or at weaning.

Presentation:
10 or 50 dose vials with diluent (20 or 100mℓ)
