INDICATIONS:
Porcilis M Once is recommended as an aid in the prevention and control of pneumonia in swine due to Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.  Vaccination with one dose is protective for up to six months.

COMPOSITION
Each mℓ of Porcilis M Once contains ≥ 1.0 RP of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antigen with thiomersal (0.01%) and gentamycin (30 µg/mℓ) as preservatives.

WARNINGS

• Withdrawal period is 21 days
• Keep out of reach of children and uninformed persons
• Vaccinate healthy swines only
• Destroy any unused vaccine, empty vaccine containers, needles etc. by, for example burning, after completion of vaccination.
• Do not store partially used containers for future use, and use the entire contents when opened.
• If an incidental allergic reaction occurs, treat with adrenaline.
• A slight transient reaction at the site of injection may occur.
• Although this vaccine has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons.  If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.

PRECAUTIONS

• Observe aseptic precautions.  Ensure that the vaccination equipment (needles, syringes, etc.) are clean and sterile prior to use.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and sterile during vaccination.
• It is good vaccination practice, when handling the vaccine, to avoid contact with eyes, hands and clothing.
• Do not mix the vaccine with other veterinary medicinal products.

• Shake well before use
• Aseptically inject intramuscularly (IM)
• Sows/Gilts and Piglets: 
  Administer a single 2mℓ dose at 3 weeks of age or older.

STORAGE

• Store in the dark between 2 ºC and 8 ºC.  Do not freeze.
• Avoid prolonged or repetitive exposure to high ambient temperatures following withdrawal from the refrigerator prior to use.
• Protect from direct sunlight.

Polyethylene vials containing 500mℓ (250 doses) or 100mℓ (50 doses);
