TriantelM® is an anthelmintic agent indicated as treatment for ascarids, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm infestations in dogs.

COMPOSITION
Each 1 g tablet of TriantelM® contains 560 mg  oxantel pamoate, 145 mg  pyrantel pamoate and 50 mg praziquantel.

WARNINGS

• Keep out of reach of children and uninformed persons.
• Although this remedy has been tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons.  If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use only as directed.
The tablet is to be given to the dog directly in the mouth or broken up and mixed in with food.

Recommended Dosage

• For elimination of the worms in dogs the following dose is sufficient:  1 tablet of TriantelM® per10 kg of body mass.
• To aid the correct choice of dosage , the following scheme may be used:
  • Puppies and/or small dogs:
    0.5 – 2 kg of body mass  ¼ tablet
    2.0 – 5 kg of body mass  ½ tablet
    5.0 – 10 kg of body  mass  1 tablet
  • Medium size dogs:
    11 – 20 kg of body mass  2 tablets
    21 – 30 kg of body mass  3 tablets
  • Large size dogs:
    31 – 40 kg of body mass  4 tablets
• A single administration is sufficient for the elimination of the worms.

SIDE EFFECTS
No known side effects.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Can be used during pregnancy and lactation.

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature (15 ºC – 25 ºC).
• Protect from exposure to direct sunlight.
